No Products in the Cart
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange (the 3 days include weekends and public holidays).
The product price will be refunded via Whish transfer within 10 business days after the item has been returned and verified in its original condition.
If the product is returned in a non-original condition or with any damages, the customer loses the right to claim a refund.
The customer bears the cost of return or exchange (flat rate of $3.00) unless the product has a manufacturing defect, in which case the company covers the return cost.
No restocking fee applies.
Final sale items are not applicable in our policy.
Basic Conditions:
The original invoice must be attached with the returned or exchanged product.
The company is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the return or exchange shipping if the product is not packed properly in its original condition.
The invoice reflects only the original product price and does not include delivery charges.
